i was holidays up the coast last year i was watching this guy in water on a paddle board,when he come in spoke to him about the sport,said he got into suping to keep fit and fix his fu#cked up back,this is what ive been looking for,had some lessons in the harbour and loved,hey and my back is starting to come good yeeha
