Mr Richman just chilling out with his mate Susi this week.
Fresh out of Capetown at the Red Bull King of the Air, event winner Jesse Richman is currently hanging out in Australia! He's over in Western Australia at Safety Bay to be exact, joining in with the freestyle masses that flock to the location for its flat water and reliable winds.
He obviously got sick of the crowds and the short tacking that goes on there, so he kited out around the corner to the less than perfect choppy water, and proceeded to boost back over the sandbar. It's not a small jump by anyones standards, and with a quick loop to finish it off he landed well inside the bay. Interestingly for the tech heads out there, he wasn't even on the new Naish Draft which is supposed to be their flagship jumping machine! He did it on a little old Torch, the C kite that's most commonly used for freestyle riding.
Also in town at the moment is Cabrinha rider Susi Mai. She's hanging out in WA too, but is yet to make any big appearances or jump any sandbars.
