We are currently looking for a part time shop assistant with the potential for full time employment next summer.

Kitepower Australia (QLD) is busy all year round, running a very active kiteboarding school through summer, and participating in flying stunt kites and park flying through winter. As a shop assistant you will be responsible for talking to customers, answering phone calls, packing and shipping orders for the online store and helping with the day to day running of the shop. It's a pretty cruisy job, and we encourage social interaction with the customers and staff.

Applicants must have previous work experience, weekend availability, a drivers license and a confident manner with customers. We'd also love for you to have a passion for kites (of any type).

We will provide:
- Fun, vibrant work environment (with an awesome view!)
- Minimum of 10 hours a week (weekend or weekday work available)
- Sales and customer service training
- Kiteboarding lessons (if you can't already)
- Generous staff discounts on equipment
