Show ponies, take note.... THIS is how to ride wake style

These guys can even ride two kites!
You can wear bindings, you can turn your hat around backwards. You can even wear a 5XL t-shirt over your harness. But can you ride like this?

Proper wakestyle riding should look like wakeboarding. Quick bar passes, low kites and stylish rotations with no dangling. Add in a kicker or two, some bassy music and the gratuitous girl in a bikini and you've got yourself a wakestyle movie. And this is one of the finest examples you will ever see. They didn't even need the girl for bonus points.

Billy Parker and Eric Rienstra have been hanging out in Florida, where thanks to some awesome conditions and also a new board by Axis (which we'll get to later). They've been throwing down in their own little spot, where nobody can see what they're up to. Well, except for the fact that they're passing a GoPro between themselves and filming it all. Thank god for that!

These two have been laying low for a little while, we were expecting to see them pop up at the Triple S in a few weeks, but perhaps in a little teaser of what's to come they released this video. Or maybe it's got something to do with the board that Billy Parker is riding. It's an Axis Bootleg, and we've just heard rumours that Sir Rowdy (as he's know on Seabreeze) himself has helped design the new model purely for the purpose of doing fully-sick unhooked tricks. If anyone knows how a wakestyle board should ride, it's Rowdy, so it'll be really interesting to see if it lives up to the hype of the Tona Pop and Cabrinha Cusotm we're so used to seeing people strap bindings to these days.

Turn your sound down a little, they've got it cranked in the movie, but sit back and prepare to see what could be the best kiteboarding video we've seen so far of ball-to-the-wall wakestyle kiteboarding.
