It?s famous as the home of the Golden Slipper, one of the world?s richest races for two-year old thoroughbreds, but come the weekend of March 5/6 the Sydney racecourse plays host to the eighth annual trailer boat show. Once known as the Great Silverwater Boat Show and staged at Silverwater Park, just a few kilometres north of the course, the show has been a boon to the industry and to the organisers, the Boating Industry Association of NSW (BIA).
