Hi all

The last couple of years I've been working remotely, our company policy is UK based but they allow for up to 6 weeks a year to work outside the UK.

I've not really used the remote working option at all, and feel like I've missed a massive opportunity.

Next spring I'm planning to spend a month overseas - either Sup Surfing or Wing Foiling (maybe both) and I'm looking for a bit of help.

Requirements are:
- Decent swell or wind (or both)
- Reasonable day time temps (> 20 celsius)
- Minimum of GMT + 2 or 3 hours
- Decent Internet
- Reasonable co-working spaces available

Ideally I'm looking to get 2 to 3 hours in the water a day before work so I've ruled out Portugal and the Canary Islands but happy to hear recommendations.

Sri Lanka appeals but its GMT + 5 which will make for a long working day fitting with UK working hours.

I would think you could turn to Google Earth. It should be able to narrow down locations for points 1 - 3. Then look for cities larger towns in that area.

if you were a bit more flexible about when you get up and go to bed would have a lot more options !

but I think this is your choices

Can't answer without knowing - whose spring? Yours?
