Tiny drop of maple syrup

Two thirds tablespoon of unprocessed honey

One black tea bag

One ice cube of lemon juice

Can't drink tea for the last year without that kick the lemons gives it.

And one cupful of rainwater.

Bring to boil.

Speaking of ice the way i make my tea is to just take 2 points wait 45 minutes then take 3 more and head on over to the kitesurfing section and just fill the box with letters for 6 hours then hide in shame for a month or 2

I tried this stuff called Arkadia Honey & Ginger Chai from Woolies a few days ago. Making it 50/50 with boiling water & milk and improving it with just a little cardamom. Very nice cool weather drink.
