How do the Roam,s go Nigel & did you use the shift bar on them ?

No Shift bars here yet..........

Roams feel good, I have only really been on the 7m in not much swell. Pretty low aspect, squared off tips and a short bridal with one pulley (no bridals wrapping the wingtips). Only settings on the rear lines, solid build but light.
It is a stable kite in the air, reactive turning. Set and forget smooth power so you don't need to fly the kite to generate power in its range, but you can dump that power at the bar when needed. Drift is good. Relaunch is great as with most kites nowadays.
No boosting yet.
Bar pressure is a bit higher than a Core Section or Religion.

Still early days, but I have had fun on it the last couple days. I'm thinking the 8m will be the pick of the bunch.

Demo waiting when you're ready.

Thought I would bump this up, got a bit of a show in another thread. I've been on this bar for sometime now so any questions shoot.
Initially pulling it out of the bag I wasn't sure about it, but now I much prefer it to the standard trim system, especially in the surf and (so I've been told) on a foil.

Ben Wilson seems to like it too

There will be demo bars in WA with Jason @ WestOz Kiteboarding and at the Midwest Windfest, in NSW (Wooloongong) with Ben @ Unhooked Watersports, and I'll be down in Merimbula in November.
In QLD get in contact with me and I'll hook you up.

I demoed the 8m Roam & agree with Zeb, great wave kite.

What I experienced...

Very fast turning & direct
Light bar pressure
Hard to stall & with great drift

Thanks for the demo EastCC.
