Hello all!
Recently moved from Darwin to Sydney and I'd started with some lessons (from a mate) up in Darwin. Had mixed success but mostly positive. Got into body dragging (downwind) and was beginning to learn water starts. I'm keen to get out into the water again and so was wondering if anyone has any plans to head out any time soon and could spare a little bit of time to help me finally get on the board and get going? I was looking at heading down to Botany Bay sometime in the next week or so if anyone would be keen to give this newbie a bit of a hand!
Cheers!

Reach out to KBL or Kite Power kite schools for some lessons. You'll be out on the water quicker with them. If not - head to Dolls Point.
Hi Welly,
This is a long shot but.. I was given a $500 voucher for kite surfing lessons with Kitepower Australia. Unfortunately I can't use it and unfortunately you cant get a refund, however you can transfer the voucher which can be used on lessons or any of the items in their store onlinewww.kitepower.com.au/ I'm asking just $400 so essentially you get $100 for free! Any questions, let me know

Got a lesson with Kitepower which went well! I'm riding! (sort of). Enough to get down to the beach myself and have a practice anyway. Shall be looking forward to heading down this weekend if the weather behaves.
Rick, thanks for the offer - if you still have it in a few months time, I might take you up on that offer as I might want some more lessons. In the meantime I'm going to have a practice before committing to more lessons.
Cheers all!
