Anyone planning to kite at Umina/Ettalong this Saturday in the possible SW? If so, and you want to make a couple of $$, I need someone to make sure I set up a new kite correctly and give me one or two tips. Newbie but have had 7h IKO lessons.

Sadly no southerly on saturday at Umina, but we did about an hour yesterday.
Ping me next time you are coming up and we will make sure you are looked after. We generally setup at the northern end of the beach about 100m south of the channel.

Looks like ESE picking up to 15knots today. Do you think that's strong enough for people to be out?

The only person out will be bigtone on his 17m cloud?? There was a guy struggling on a cab but wind is a bit light and has too much east in it 
ESE works up at Lake Munmorah or Chitaway Bay, not so much at Umina.
SSW to SSE work well at Umina. Today would have been a good day.
