Hi Everyone,

The Northern Beaches branch of the NSWKBA will be holding a self rescue/safety check session at Narrabeen Beach this Sunday Nov 16th.

The idea is that people who want someone to check their safety releases/equipment and have any questions about self rescue can come along and discuss things with experienced kiters. We won't be conducting lessons in kite flying etc, but will cover the safety aspects of equipment and rescue.

Starts @1pm with a BBQ at the carpark just north of the Fire Station at Narrabeen, call me on 0410207492 if you want directions or more details.
You don't need to be a member, although we will have membership forms there.

So come along and get some reassurance that you can rescue yourself if something goes wrong, and meet some of the locals.

Cheers
Gav

The self rescue/safety session is still on from 1 pm today, hope to see you there. Bring your kite gear to check your safety release and leashes.
