Just a quick annoucement, Flysurfer have announced the Speed 4 Lotus is now available in a 6m size.
Im pretty stoked as this should work well with the hydrofoil...

That video shows the bigger FS lotus sizes. There is no way a 6mt will give you that much float and hang time in the moderate to light winds shown in the video, unless you weigh like a midget!
If anything that video is more about promoting the FS board range.
ie... I got nothing in that video specifically about the new 6mt version.
The Lotus 6 arrived this afternoon, along with a Unity 8m which is a lower aspect freeride kite, now discontinued but I like them as a "surf style" foil.
The 6 will be out on demo from tomorrow and I'll see if I can get a review up in coming days, subject to wind - looks like the green arrows have left us for a few days in the West. PM me if you are in WA and want to take it for a spin.
