Ok, I bought a 10.5 TRX about a year, prior to getting the latest bridle upgrade I had only used the kite a few time because my to kite is 7m and find not get a lot of opportunities to use the kite.
i tried the kite a couple weeks before changing over to the new bridle and general I find the bar pressure a little bit more than what I am use to and slow in comparison my 7m (obviously).
Did a downwinder last week end I am impressed, bar pressure a lot lighter and turning speed much better. Took me a while to dial to the kite bug once I clicked I found I could place the kite virtually any where in the window back stalling and punch it out to get it back up again. With the lighter bar pressure it made it easier to generate apparent power nicely.
As I normally fly kite with a short depower, the only thing I would not mind changing is to have a shorter depower for more On Off control.
i installed the bridle as per the instructions off the Griffin website forum which states that the shoulder connection to be on the one closest to the backline connect but curious to how the flying changes if I move it more forward, has anybody tried this yet?
Cheers
Rich
ps - I can't find the original bridle upgrade post
Hi mate are you talking about where the bridal attaches to the leading edge ? Or where the back line attaches to the wing tip ?

I got the 2016 bridle upgrade for my 10m Argo, it's bloody quick now, took abit of getting use to because the change was like going from a truck to a Ferrari. I love it again. In regards to changing the bridle position you'd be better asking them direct support@griffinkites.com.au they answer fast these days.
