A good cause and a great way to raise awareness of something that could affect us all.

Hey I'm keen to join in - should we donate the entry fee through the website or bring it along on the day?

Each way is fine. If you do pay via the donation link, download the registration form, and bring a proof of payment ie, the donation receipt to the event.

100% of you $20 entree fee goes to the cancer fight

Howdy people!
I like the cause and I’d like to support it. The problem is that I can’t kitesurf…yet.
Would it be unreasonable to use this event as a goal to learn to kitesurf?
I’ve got some previous kiting experience (but never on water) and by the end of last season I had a lesson, did some body dragging and bought a board. I managed to squeeze in a couple of sessions trying to get up on the board and going before the water got too cold (don’t own a wet suit…yet), but I’m afraid I failed. So with hopes of getting the hang of it this year I thought this would be a good goal to work towards.
What do you guys think?

you should have heaps of time before the event to get up on your board jazzp. seasons not far away now. and the event isnt till december.

down winders are a great way to learn aswell, but my advice would be to keep practicing and mabey another lesson before the event.

im sure there will be plenty of help down at the beach on the day.

Please join us. Even if just for some kiting at the finish line.
All are welcome.

Here’s an idea that may help raise some awareness and have some fun to boot.
