Will this be worth the drive to Goolwa or Hindmarsh Island from Adelaide for an early morning kite??

this post is dated 01/05/08 and below is tomorrow's forecast...

South Central Coast:
Thursday until midnight : Wind: NW/SW 15/20 knots, reaching 20/25 knots south of Kangaroo Island late this evening. Sea: 1 to 2 m. Swell: SW 2 to 4 m.
Friday : Wind: W/SW 15/20 knots, reaching 20/25 knots south of Kangaroo Island until mid-morning. Winds gradually moderating throughout to 13/18 knots by midday and 8/13 knots late evening. Sea: 1.5 to 2.5 m, abating to 0.5 to 1 m later. Swell: SW 2 to 4 m.
Saturday : Wind: W/NW 5/15 knots.
Sunday : Wind: NW 10/20 knots, ahead of a S/SW afternoon/evening change 10/20 knots.

Do any of the old wise one's want to comment??

while i profess to be niether old nor wise... tomorrow is a bit of a ?
any forcast that goes from a n or nw around to the s or sw can quite often end up being a none event for wind. i was planning on a surf down the mid tom morning but will probably throw the kite in as well and maybe drive further south (swell forcast is pretty good).
at this stage i was just going to check the hindmarsh and nourlunga weather stations super early in the morning and make a decision then.
If its windy down south and got some west in it will probably be out at middleton
