Hey Crew,

Just giving everyone the heads up that a few of the SAKSA committee will be heading up to Whyalla to run a season opener BBQ on the 27th of October. This is an open invite to all Whyalla kiters not just SAKSA members. SAKSA will supply a free BBQ and soft drinks around lunch time/mid arvo and fingers crossed the wind gods help us out so we can have a play on the water as well.

To all the Whyalla crew, spread the word as the more the merrier and to any Adelaide crew at a loose end, make the trek up for a ride and a snag or 2 as Whyalla is one of the best flat water spots we have here in SA.

More details to come but would be great to see a good turn out on the day.

Happy riding.

SAKSA Committee

Hey guys, I'm spewing I can't make it up to meet some of the local SA crew..
I have just moved over from Tas but heading back to a kite weekend in Stanley on the same date.
Wondering if my Tassie AKSA tag entitles me to a free snag??? Maybe two?

I caught the seabreeze yesterday which was pretty awesome! Does SAKSA have a few camp weekends during the season??

Yeah thanks to all the crew that got down to Mains Beach in Whyalla on Saturday for the BBQ. Was great to come down and hang out with you guys for the day. Couldnt have asked for much more; great crew, some good laughs, free BBQ and drinks and to top it all off a great ride!

Jordo got some footage of the day on his Countour camera so hopefully he can stitch something together and chuck it up here soon for everyone to check out!

Will definitely have to do a few more road trips up your way throughout the season. Its just a SUPER FANTASTIC spot to ride and the crew up there arent 2 bad either! he he.

Thanks again
