Thinking to be here again this afternoon, 4 or 5pm if the wind still blowing strong and hope see more kites in action
Very nice, that's what I'm currently trying to get my hands on. Hard to pick up at the moment.
It 's nice to have long tele zoom lens but it so heavy to hold in one hand. I will try to use mono pod to support the lens today.
Sigma has 150-600mm out but still not available in AUS, comes in two versions ( c and s).
been there again today about 4 pm. It was not easy to hold my camera still, it was so windy and not many kite there.
will post more photos tomorrow if I have got some good ones.
BTW thanks guys for liking my Facebook page.

Carnt argue with that comment
Holy smokes...that lens is sharp for a super tele
What body were you using neng? Thanks
Canon 5d Mark II. I found out, it's not easy to track object( will test more for this ), the camera hasn't got zone focusing and at 600mm just little movement, can throw object out of the frame. When seeing photo has been taken by this lens in full screen on my PC's monitor, it makes you feel you right in the action when compared with 70-300, it gives more shallow depth of field. So far so good, happy with it.
