So I came in from my little session to find a french chick walking away with my pump about to put it in someone elses bag. I had put my pump in a big plastic container with the lid on to keep sand out of all the rest of my gear. Lid was off and had blown away and I had a container full of sand. I asked her what she thought she was doing and give me back my pump. She asked me if that was my friend as she pointed towards some random guy kitesurfing.
I said NO and whats that got to do with anything, I was then called rude. I asked her she though it was cool if I tipped the contents of her handbag out while she was kitesurfing. No sorry, nothing.
Ask and there would have been no worries, going through someones stuff without asking, is technically stealing but none the less is BLOODY POOR FORM.

If euros can travel 12000km and afford airfares + 10$ pints at the pub then surely they can afford a pump?
Only mistake you made is by not emptying the container of sand over her head and saying 'Oui oui oui' while gesturing to your weiner!! Did you get a picture of her... If so pls post it here
Thanks Dusta. Woodies.
RPM. Didnt have to resort to those sort of tactics. Sometimes being pro-active is the way to go.
there was only one other guy on the beach, she was ready for an assisted launch (right next to the sand dunes not next to the water). I waited for the guy to get ready and I offered to launch him. 15 mins later and she's on the beach waiting for someone else to turn up.
Proactive Karma.
About to launch, bar locked in about to walk around, some German guy throws his kite straight on mine (plenty of space elsewhere). I say 'move your kite man' he looks at me weird, picks it up and throws it straight over my bros lines ...who was standing there ready to walk around next?
So I walk on the 90' and a mate ins about to lift kite, the German girl lands her kite with her lines straight over my kite. I stay calm cause it's a chick, and after much line sorting I'm off...
I have come to the conclusion they just do not know what they do?
The next day...they have 4 kites pumped up with all lines attached just sitting on the sand/launch area., they were in their cars having lunch...i explain the kites sit up higher on the grass and the launch area is kept free...to their credit they moved them...as 5 guys ere standing there ready to setup to launch. Nice enough people just not aware of the deal I think.
Have to laugh at this as i was running my lines out the other day and a hot euro lady hot crashes her kite right on top of mine, did not go off as she was hot, just gave her some constrictive criticism.
Then on the week end i was undoing my lines after a nice session and had the feeling of been stalked, next thing i know this bloke rams his kite into my head and shoulders. I punched it away and i advised him i would land his kite when i was finished undoing my lines. I gave him a bit more advise [ cannot say here] as he was a Muppet and not hot at all.
