WAKSA’s first freestyle clinic on Sunday shaped out to be a fun filled event, attracting riders with differing kiting abilities. With the help of the coaches, riders left the clinic with smiles on their faces and new tricks in the bag.
One member learnt a back roll within half hour and others landed their first railey (and more), after coming from no previous ‘unhooking’ experience. One of the more experienced riders was going for the harder tricks, such as the backmobe, which was impressing to see.
After the clinic, it was then the coaches’ turn to take centre stage as they entertained the crowd with their speccy tricks in perfect flat water conditions.
Thank you to all the coaches (Chrissy Gaudieri, Mark Richardson, Daniel Anderson & Simon Wichermann) for dedicating their time to the clinic.
And thanks to the riders for making it down to the Clinic.
