I over tightened the nut on the 8mm olive and cracked the nut. I'm having a hard time getting a replacement or even the bits to build another one. So far I've tried local bbq centres, two gas fitters, Gameco in Sydney, the local and NZ distributor.
8mm female olive, female flared 15mm BSP the other.

Any idea where to buy another?

Thanks for that.
its imperial BSP on one end and metric on the other. I can buy all the bits and a flaring tool and make it myself, ( and probably will have to) but I was hoping there may be an easier way to buy one off the shelf if possible, ideally tomorrow ready for a weekend on the boat.

It looks like I'm going to have to order new olive and nut online then wait for them to arrive and repair the fitting.
Today I went to Reece, BOC etc and couldn't buy the parts locally.
Camping stove on the boat this weekend.
