A couple of weeks ago I ordered (and paid for) two more. This time, nothing: no order received, no reply to emails. Does anyone know if this business is still operating (www.monkeyfist.com.au) - WA business apparently.

I have had poor dealings with Monkey Fist in the past. On two separate occasions either they didn't deliver or took months to deliver and it was the wrong item, it took over 12months many emails and phone calls to rectify. I only had a breakthrough by tracking down the owner through their ABN, he blamed his manager at the time.
Duncan, I can look through my laptop tonight for details, the owner once I got him on the phone resolved it within a month.

I can't find the number I had contact with a couple of years ago, I deleted the correspondence as a method of forgetting about the whole incident.
