Tophat25's with transom hung rudder

I'm hoping someone 'out there' might be able to help me in a search. I own a Tophat25 with a Transom-hung rudder. I thought it was the only one in that configuration. Recently a picture was sent to me of another Tophat 25 with no name or registration visible, and I'd really like to get in touch with the owner...or at least find the boat.. to chat about history, whether built by same shipwright as mine...It's last know anchorage was 'somewhere on the gold coast'...perhaps up around 'The Spit' area where in theory, there is a great deal of short say anchorage.
