Hi All
Looking for the next step in progressing from Axis HPS1050 front 400/90 tail foils.
With so many options out there, I'm easily confused as to what would be the best way to go
Current running a Axis 82cm mast with Black Short 703mm fuse.
I am currently riding a Sunova 6'9" Casey Aviator DW Pro 129litre board @ 100kg w/wetsuit & spend most of my time in 2 - 3 ft mellow waves.
I would prefer to stay with Axis gear, including my current mast and fuse.
Any helpful advice would be great as it's difficult to "try before you buy" in Soth Oz.

Spitfire!! I'm not sure what size, but that would be the next progression for sure, such a sweet wing.

Definitely spitfire i came of hps 1050 now on SF1030 took me a bit to dial it in but it is AWSOME , maybe either go sf 1100 to keep same lift as your 1050 or go sf1030 ,but definitely the next step ,more easy to turn and does everything they say it does . Good luck

Or for starters just a new tail would make a world of difference, that tail is very draggy.

A skinny even the biggest one 365/65 will make a huge difference or a progressive somewhere around 350 - 400.

As others have said a spitfire would be great but for less money something like a second hand HPS980 will have pretty much the same feel as a 1050 but faster and more manoeuvrable.
