Does anyone use either of these for sup foiling waves from small to overhead?

Is is better to go for the elite as narrower 23" vs 26", but then you need more length for the volume.

Are they a stable platform in choppy conditions? Does the pulled in tail make it more challenging than traditional sups?

Am 98kg and intermediate level but fast learner.

I was sup foiling in waves on a 6'8' x 26 112ltr Sunova but then got a 7' x 23 120ltr Elite mainly for down winding.

At first I was still surfing the 6'8 as it felt more stable but these days pretty much exclusively use the 7' elite as it just paddles faster and catches waves heaps easier.

Hi noepoxy,I've been surfing n downwinding the 7'0" elite since xmas, up to head high waves. I weigh 70kgs and find the elite a great all rounder for my ability. The pro's are a more stable board but I'd highly recommend the 8'0" or 8' 6"elite for your weight and stability. Try before you buy if you can.

For reference I am around 92/93 kgs atm.
Fairly experienced sup paddler foiler.
