Just wondering if anyone has seen or ridden the new SB 9.5 widepoint?

Comparing the new 9.5 widepoint 153L, to the 8'10 or the 9'1" Fanatic allwaves. Use would be in the surf on the choppy/rougher condition days. .

I just bought two. The blue for me in the waves and the pink for my wife as a paddler and spare for me during ding repairs.

I love it. As a big bloke (105kg) it's hard to strike a balance between stability/length/width and surfability and these boards are perfect. By pulling in the rail outline through the tail it's produced a board that will hug into the face better on suckier waves and allows it to turn better with less foot shuffling.

It's allowed me to move down from the 10'5" Widepoint so now it fits inside the Troopy with my long and short boards :-) without breaking the front window, again....

At some point I may even whack a mast on it and take it out for a wave sail. Woohoo, so many options!!
