Here's my final plan ,,brushed black and white with full gloss tail .Polynesian design across the tail ,carbon gloss rails with matt black on the rest of the board ,all white logos will be in full gloss ,more pictures coming soon ,as it will be started with in the week .can't wait .
Should be good.
Not what I would have chosen colour wise so will be interested to watch the progress.
aaarrrrrggghhhh way to collingwood for me .... i went Black and Red... Are you stocking with standard 8'8 dims???
Who's Collingwood .?
NRL up here ..ha ha...
yes ,stayed with the factory push button ,its a size I like, placid 8,7 same 125 litres ,so thought why change a already tested board .
flow on the good times .
Woaaahhh - Tardy - that thing looks mad.
Yep - I agree man - sometimes there's no point trying to outthink Bert - he's done all the thinkin' for you.
I'm a big fan of not having to think too much about new boards (or anything really for that matter) - it ends up doin my head in. I hate fart-arsing about. Make yr decision and go for it.
Just trust in the big Burger and you'll be right.
Actually, you'll be more than alright, you'll be tappin' your heals like Fred Astaire for the next month when that bad boy arrives.
I can hear it now...
Zip-pidee-doo-daah...
I went Futures and never looked back for both my Sunova customs. so many options out there and great using the Rob Machado fins
board has been built ...carbon rails ...off to the spray both soon ..don't know what the hell is going on with sideways photos ..
Yeah man - the rails really jump out already.
They're tucked hard eh - almost look chined - she's gonna be a carve-beast Tardz.
And for sure - who wants to think while you're surfing!!?!
Ha - bugger that!!!
happy Friday brus!!!!
yeew!!!
NO FEAR .
i have faith in sunova's breathing valve ...i keep my boards in the cover most of their life .
unless in the water .
but I won't be leaving it in the sun .that for sure ..the top has the big white strip and grip ,so if i do have to leave it on the beach it will be top up , wait till you see the next lot of picture ...she'll be cool .
Looks awesome Tardy, my custom Sunova Swiss Army Knife should arrive in Fremantle today and hopefully get my hands on it early next week.
8/3 x 31, 120 ltrs, full nose, dropped rails, swallow tail, double winger, in vapour lite construction, should be great in less than perfect conditions and turn on a sixpence. Worked with Marcus on the shape so getting excited now
looking forward to getting it ,glad i stuck to the 8,8 ,had a few trying days out in some big surf of late ..i don't want any smaller .
and looking forward to a bit of extra speed with this rocker line over the placid .
just waiting for Dylan to send me some more photos ...
oh... nice board Rossall, not quite as nice as mine but it will do too short for me .
because i surf with about 18 other prone surfers on a point break i need the length for snaking .. they love me .
