Hi guys and girls. I just wanted to share my recent experience with Blue Planet and the service that I have received. I purchased a SUP from a local surf shop and when I was cleaning it with dishwashing detergent the symbol started rubbing off. I contact Blue Planet and they first of all told me that it must have been the cleaner that I'm using however I've used the same type of dishwashing detergent on all my boards for many years. Blue planet then agreed that they would work something out financially but they have stopped replying to my messages. This is extremely disappointing as the board is clearly defective and they don't want to take any ownership at all. I also received messages from someone who's connected to blue planet asking me do I want to but dishwashing detergent from him. I've kept all messages from blue planet and this guy and will post them shortly. Just be careful with this company. I thought they were a reputable and professional company but clearly they aren't.

What did the guys at the local surf shop where you bought the board from say. Your first stop should be with your dealer not the manufacturer. Must say I have only had outstanding service from the guys at Blue Planet. Rented many boards of them over the years and they have all been good.

They originally told me that they would work something out and then stop replying to my messages. I've had dozens of SUPs and this one was very dodgy,
