Hi,
Would be great to have feedback from someone who have tried both boards.
Starboard carbon is reliable but the shape of the F-ONE seems much more refined.
Feedback from anyone who have tried at least one of them, would be greatly appreciated :)
or by the way, on the noosa 10' comp.
thanks
Foxy I've been on a longboard sup quest for years I demoed the 10 ft Noosa and as you say it's very refined, probably before it's time,as it was around the PSH era ,with similar beveled under rail it was very tippy and uncomfortable to surf. How ever with current trends of finer rails it could be back in contention,I would like to try one again,as they are a very nice looking board ,hope this helps in some way .
If you're looking for a refined high performance longboard with a great quality construction, you should definitly take into consideration the Infinity New Deal 9'0 x 26" and 28"
I have the infinity 9x26 haven't tried the others. I really like it. A few things that I think are unique for the board:
-93 liters which is about the lowest volume longboard you can get production.
-Narrowest nose of the bunch but can still get up on the nose.
I've read some stability concerns about the rails on the fone, I think they are chined or something underneath, not sure.
I don't think you can go too far wrong with any of these boards the starboard was very well reviewed and I've seen some nice footage of some great riding on the fone.
