My trusty 8 ft 8 JP Aus surf Widebody is a great board and loads of stability...I am 93 kg with thick wetsuit.

My 8 foot by 31 Starboard Hypernut. It's faster than my 8 8 JP wide body and I'm about 100 kgs with winter wetsuit , booties etc.
I just can't get enough of the HN :-)

Here's the disclaimer first......... I work for NSP.

However, i've been riding the Dale Chapman Surf Wide in Coco Mat. 8'10 x 32. Lighter, stronger and a fistfull of $$ cheaper than most of the brands mentioned above.

The first boards have just hit Australia as part of the 2017 Range and will be available in any serious SUP shop for Summer.

I've got a demo on the Gold Coast if you're interested. The pic below was from a surf Dale and I had down the Coast a few months ago.
