looking for recommendations for a mid price range inflatable SUP, for general cruising.

Mid price range check out Honu. Aussie company . Haven't actually paddled one but they have a good name. Red Paddle are expensive but great quality and customer service. Inflatables vary so much in quality. Cheap will get you a 'soft' board and won't last.
