Does anyone have any suggestions for a nipper (9 yr old) to get his first SUP?

Interesting question. I was looking for a wavestorm soft top surfboard to lend to visitors and came across a local Craig's List post for an 8' Wavestorm Taquito. It is a kids paddle board that would likely be a fun and easy adult learner surfboard at 25" wide. I think it is about 90 litres. Very inexpensive.

Heres my son on a 7 foot soft board using a really light canoe paddle. 7 years old then.

If you wanna get away from a foam board i do have 2 of these 6'10 stubbie crossover boards. These are full carbon full Pvc so light and crazy tough. Only $1000.

Good maybe as a wing ding board for yourself as well as it has all the foil set up options.
