It's a really big bowl of soup and she's trying to get all the good chunky bits to the top?
Hi kinda post related....im trying to upload a video..how do you go about it please? Does it have to be a certain size or format..thanks for your help
Looks like she's trying to demonstrate the "pitch" stroke to correct the yawing motion. I tried that when I first started and was zig-zagging along on my board.
Eventually I got a bigger fin and got better at swapping sides. 
Just imagine how stoked she was with that paddle! Enough to even make a vid with "Surfer Girl".
I love it!
The paddler is actually not doing to bad a technique. Its just the application of it is a bit (or lot) stiff.
Its a way to go straight. So not a bad effort.
