I'm 90kgs and the 33" was pretty stable until the wind picked up. I reckon after a few goes you could really dial it in. I'd try to demo one over a few days if possible.
One of the most amazing things about this board is its weight...it is just SO light and it fits inside the car which is excellent!
A few of us trying out the Medium Raptor last weekend up at Coolum. No money shots here but some fun times on a very fun board!
