The Dr is apparently on the 29th of November.
SUPWA will be running the King of the Cut on the 6th of December as well as the Fig2Fig race,on the 30th of November the day after the Dr.
Three excellent events over two weekends.
Not to mention the week in between of social down winding.
its going to be epic..

Some really exciting additions for this years King of the Cut. Can't expand on it yet, but it's potentially huge!

There's two SUPWA events in October one at the start and another at the end of the month.
There will be an updated calendar on the SUPWA website soon.

G'day surf4fun that depends my SIC f18 18'6'' is a very fast board in lite winds and then my custom "Scot Trudon model" SIC f16 17ft is as fast or faster in strong winds than the 17'4" but then again the SIC BULLET 17'4" is one of the fastest boards on the Planet.
I'm hoping to make the King Of The Cut race this year fingers crossed as it's about a $2,500 round trip I'll be bringing the custom f16 the only one of it's kind in Australia so I hope to be giving the over 40/50's a good run for the money.

Make sure you let us know when your getting in Downwinder and we will make sure the wind is turned firmly to on and get some runs in before the even.

it wasn't actually a SIC 17'4 I was referring to, but no doubting their speed.

In two minds Scotty. Might be a last minute rego depending on wind as I would rather flog myself the following week at the KOTC if it isn't ideal for the Dr.

I think Ian has put dibs on the 17'4 (considering it is his).
