Area 10 there has also been quite a lot of recent study on the role of your biological history, environment and its effect on the bacteria in your gut flora. So if you don't have a family history of eating a certain substance then the bacteria in that substance will be foreign in your system. This has drastic results with african refugees who migrate to western societies and certain foods that they have never eaten, give them terrible side effects, with links to asthma, autism, behavioural issues and even mental issues. If you are not use to green tea and then start taking concentrate your body may feel under attack.
This is a biological problem discovered in the animal world when animals in captivity die when in the wild as they gut flora cant digest food without the necessary bacteria. Often captive animals will be feed wild animals faeces to promote gut flora before they are released into the wild.
I started taking Green Tea Extract on the recommendations of a diet & exercise book. Quickly I started having full-blown migraines, with aura, photophobia, vomiting etc. Nothing would stop the pain and after 12-48 hours of it in a darkened room, the pain was so bad that I started to think that if this was a regular thing I'd consider if life was worth living.
I'd never had migraines before in my adult life. I stopped taking the green tea extract and the migraines stopped. I've never had one since - and several years have passed.
If I had been in a difficult position when one of these attacks had come on (eg on my own a long way from anyone else - maybe even offshore on my SUP), there could have been very serious consequences. The visual disturbances and loss of balance were profound - I couldn't do anything except lie down and moan with pain.
A lot of people who don't know what they are talking about are making a lot of money peddling and recommending all manner of unproven and possibly dangerous crap. Don't be a mug (like I was). Recognise BS when you see it. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
Thats Heavy Area10 I never tried Green Tea Sounds Like its No Good For Ya.
But I do drink Lipton Black Tea with NO Milk or Sugar, about 25 a week.
