People don't think much about breathing. Of all the things we take for granted, breathing has to be number one - even though it's our main source of life and energy. When I started focusing on my breathing, I became a stronger athlete and was better able to control my levels of effort and pain.

Jacko and the boys on the Goldy have been doing that for years. They even made a video with fish swimming past them. It's now standard practice for extending your bottom time, masochist's only.
I did a breathing enhancement course by Devon baskell some time ago ,he is from the gold coast, I think. He came down to Sydney narrabeen sports centre for the course.
For any sport and every day life I recommend it.

Although I understand the importance of breathing, now how in the hell am I supposed to nose breath when I have a snorkel in my mouth free-diving and spearfishing? Mayde it is all a ploy so I spend more timevon my Laird SUP? Also sounds a lot like basic yoga to me?
