I love it when strong offshores hold up the wave and lengthen the speed zone!
Normally those temps (water and air =12 c) are easy for me without a wettie, but...
that wind sucked my core temp to the point where I was barely functioning.
I was lucky to catch my last wave standing!
When I got home, I jumped in the shower and was washing my hair when I ran out of hot water 
I had to rinse off my hair in freezing cold water

Love the fact that you show good waves but also include going over the falls which we all do at times.
76 and still carving it up is super encouraging.

ha ha.... actually, I do Wim Hof Breathing every morning, while listening to him on his YouTube breathing guidance!
It is actually amazing what it has done for me.
After a full EXHALE, I can hold my breath for 2 1/2 minutes at 76, so I am a fan of his breathing method.
Plus, I just finished my hot morning shower, with a full "turn to all cold" and relax into the shock

My motivation is that after 70, surfing in a full suit got harder, so I push my limits for easier performance. Then I go to Florida for the winter

I just discovered the Isurus wetsuits, and they are a real game changer.
I was looking for wetsuits in XLS - unavailable in Europe - and had narrowed my search to Isurus, Feral, Matuse, Colby+.
I went for Isurus from the various reviews, and the fact that Kelly Slater uses them without being sponsored.
What amazed me the most is their lightness: as their neoprene and lining stay dry, the first time I climbed on my board I felt as if I had a flotation device pushing me up. And it seems their 3/2 is as warm as my Rip Curl 4/3.
They cut the suit with a body template having the arms up... a simple but very efficient trick for shoulder mobility.
It sounds nice maybe worth a try. Let's see in 6-12 mos how dry it is. My O'Neill and rip curls start out great but they only last around a year. The O'Neil zipper less has same entry as do others. Sheesh that guy should have switched to sup before all those surgeries

From all the reviews they (Isurus, Feral, Matuse, Colby+, ...) seem to be very durable. We'll see.
The Yamamoto neoprene used in these brands has a very different feel from the neoprene used in my Rip Curls, Billabong, Quicksilver, etc...
It reminds me of the feel of memory foams. Less immediately stretchable since stronger (I ripped apart my zipfree Rip Curls), but it slowly (2-3 sessions) morphs into your body shape. Plus it really doesn't absorb any water.
I have thus replaced all my wetsuit quiver with them... before the tariffs wars double the price of everything.
AXXE wetsuits from Japan are the best i've used by far. 2nd is not even close.
They also use Yamamoto neoprene. Full custom sizing, thickness, lining, U-Zip entry is a game changer for those with broad shoulders.
Expensive, but so worth it.

I wish they had mentioned what thickness that wetsuit was... it looked pretty lightweight to me.
Where I live in New England, we frequently surf well below freezing with strong winds, so most wear 5-6 mm full suits.
As a previously fat guy, I could get it done with a 4mm and heavy hooded rash guard.
When you get to those thicknesses, the resistance added to a 76 year old, is enough to limit any performance, to a bigger board.
So..... I go south and don't wear wetsuits anymore

I think it is the 2/2mm. Their zipfree is only available in 2/2 or 3/3.

Yes. Service was superb, they contacted me before sending it to discuss with me about my needs, and the other brands that fitted me well or not, and be sure I understood that if I was to return them, I would have to pay the shipping.
I got it in 11 days, no hassle. I even got very lucky and was spared the import tax.They have dealers in France (in my hometown, even) but none imports the non-standard sizes (XLS for me).Of all the brands using Yamamoto Neoprene with XLS sizes, only SRFace ships from Europe. I have a 4/3 from them, nice but the lining and cut is not at the level of Isurus.
