Howdy,
Hobie used to stock it but Mornington tells me it is No longer Stocked.
Anyone know where I can get a can?
After 2 years it is finally loosing some grip and I would like to touch up the surface
I've used it and its great BUT when looking how to remove to mount a GoPro suction thingy the instructions say to use a lacquer thinner....gut feel this might make for some interesting new paint job!? any thoughts?
Hobie was the Aussie distributer for monster grip up until a year and a bit ago. The guys from monster grip decided that Hobie wasn't selling enough and have given it elsewhere to move. Dive skate ski (DSS) in Newcastle sells it for $35 a can. Not sure if they post it, flammable and that.
I have just sprayed my new Virgin custom deck with monster grip, (taped edges), and am really hoping it's going to give the feel I'm looking for without the messy wax and without drawing blood. I'm waiting for fins to arrive before I can test-paddle. I'm getting mixed responses from monster grip uses, mostly "Oh oh, there go your feet". Can you enlighten me?
I've been using it for a while and no issues on the feet... it's a great product.... gonna try to get some of it off on the weekend for the Gopro. ..
After 2 years of no hassle use. No yellowing and no foot damage I am purchasing 2 cans. Tanzer see the number above stocks it in Vic based in Tullamarine!
When I get it I will put a chequer pattern on with tape. See what that works out like.
