Power Paddle trainer

Anyone had experience with this system?

Can't get to the water as much because of work, looks like a valid cross training tool in place of SUPing, and portable. Love to hear some feedback on this.

And yes I have though about cutting some lengths of jelly rubber

Yes works. Is a great off water training tool.
I have found though that I'd rather do it on a weighted fly cable machine at the gym purely as the weight adds a harder element. Pluses for the paddle trainer. Is getting stroke rate up. Do a high intensity session like you would a race of 5km and you will be flogged.
Other than that at home in the back yard it's a good tool.

Ive had mine for a while and I am a sometimes user. It seems to work pretty well to be honest and provides decent resistance without getting stupid about it. It will become part of my winter training routine this year (promise coach).
