Does anybody know if there are any hotels, resorts, or any other vendor hiring out SUPs in and around Denerau in Fiji? If not in that area anywhere else close to Nadi? Appreciate any tips. Cheers.

This is the only place I know , sort of in the middle from Nadi to Suva just down from the Warick Hotel.

A mate of mine owns this , absoultely beautiful and surf straight out front , prices are around $30 a night he has just purchased a few Sups to hire out.

you dont want to drive down/up the coral coast for a day and the wind may pick up....gets alot of trade wind this time of year up the coast.

i have a friend who may know re: close to nadi... will see what i come up with

try this email address for Lisa and Scott Ewings who have SUP's for rent on the Coral Coast <lisa@waluwatersports.com>, no one has them in Nadi from what I can tell, still u could email Club FIJI resort, Sonaisali, etc - maybe check Adrenaline - all shud be online

Cheers Jas. I checked out adrenaline and they had no idea what Stand Up Paddleboarding was about. It is a shame as adrenaline seem to have the watersport concession for all the hotels on Denerau, yet virtually none of their equipment is being actively used. There is a great opportunity to take SUP to these resorts which is being missed. The afternoon winds would be ideal for Downwinders back to the resorts. All you need is a Island20 or similar sized powerboat to take the punters from Port Denerau upwind for 8-10kms. I think a few more people asking at the resorts might get them to consider SUP as a much better utilisation of their capital than having unused Windsurfers, cats and Kayaks.
Thanks again for the feedback. Cheers
