The Canning Bridge Pod is starting its Winter Training!

Wednesday 6-7am meet in the Deep Water Point Cafe Carpark.
Bring your own Board & Paddle.
All board types welcome, we are a small friendly group.

The Pod is free to join in, all training is designed around having fun and getting fit at your own pace, and we won?t leave anyone behind. For you 'paddling superstars' this would be a great recovery session. We will complete drills and easy intervals every week, come along and join in.

If you can?t make it, please tell your SUP?ing FRIENDS!

It really is a great start to your day.

If the venue suits you, but not the day or time, then leave a reply with your preferred day & time!

Sounds good, I'll try and make it down after the 31st, in the middle of Studio submissions at Uni until then.

Gonna be chilli.

I like the Pod name too.
It's a term that has been part of SUPWA, since they commenced the groups.
I'm the Pod Captain and I'm trying to rustle up more paddlers!

Ah yes, just to clarify...
It is just the Canning Bridge Pod that I'm the Captain for, and we are looking to grow in numbers and speed during this winter.
The Freo Pod is more mature in both numbers and strength of paddlers. Something for the CB Pod to aspire to.
Should anyone wish to join us, we would love to have your company!

Don't let the cold temps put you off coming paddling tomorrow!
See you on the water at 6am.
