Hey everyone,
Just had a full total shoulder replacement 2 days a go after an accident 25 years ago. Shoulder has been frozen for that
amount of time. I'm 3 days in to my new relationship with my new shoulder joint. Also had a tendon graft as well to help hold the new shoulder in place. After first pyhsio session I have better range than before.

Anyone else had a full total shoulder replacement, and if so how long till you were back on the SUP?

Going to be a long recovery from what the surgeon tells me.

What did you do to stay sane apart from rehab/physio ?

Cheers
Wazza

Ouch.. and that's a lot of staples..

I'd recommend getting a PS5 and GT7..
