Thumbs Up

I have just bought a SUPB and a 9'6" Mal I work in the highlands of PNG and as such only get home every 4 weeks to the Gold Coast to use them, I am not in good shape to put it mildly so with a new gym opened at the camp I am in for work I am hoping someone can give me a heads up on a program to get surf fit and SUPS fit over the next 5 weeks with a view to on going trainig when i get back to site. Duting the breaks I plan on being in the water so no need to train whilst out on break

Cheers

or give us a buzz at Roar industries we train every morning but sunday and have one of the best paddle coaches around in Pete Dorries running the classes. You will get fit and learn great technique and have a great time doing it!!! i'm sure we can also do you up a great program for when you are not on the goldy as well.

If you are keen just pop in and see us at the shop or give me a buzz on 55257003 and i can run you through what goes on.
