Hi Everyone!
I just signed up for a 25 mile paddle around Manhattan in August. I have started training, but am a newbie and am not sure if I am training correctly. Currently, I add 2 miles a week to my long distance day (I'm up to 12 miles this week) and try to get out two more times a week for some sort of interval workouts. I also do Boot Camp 2-3 days a week and yoga occasionally. Is this sufficient training for this race? I am not looking to win, but finish and beat at least one person! Any suggestions for training schedules would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your help!
