Several of us have just had a great weekend in Wellington Harbour. Warm and windy with a 30 knot northerly nicely lined up for a 10km run. Here's a video of some highlights. It's not a guide to good technique, just a whole lot of fun.

The video was made using a Garmin VIRB camera which includes a built in GPS and the ability to add Ant+ sensors (eg I also recorded the signal from my heart rate monitor). The associated VIRB edit software does all the hard work aligning the data to the video and I just choose a dashboard display from some templates or build a custom one from the individual elements.
