I'm just about to put a custom order in to my local shaper for a single fin but I'm struggling with ideas for the artwork/tint. Any suggestions/ideas welcome. Pictures of your favourites would be great.

At the moment I'm thinking a retro teal gloss/polished tint.

Thanks in advance

We've just got to 100% work that out, but its going to be roughly 6'1 x 21 x 2 3/4 single fin box..... so not a longboard, but thought the LB forum would be a better place to get the best feedback.

At the beginning Macaha... hit me with it.

I'm handing over my hard earned at the weekend so he can get going, so ideally need to give him a rough idea of what I'm thinking by then. Although we've already discussed a teal tint like the Channel Island MSF.

If it a retro type of single, tint or sprayI'd go for a classic clean simple look.

Whats your fav' colour/colours

That's why I was thinking about the teal. The other is a thick stripped spray, just black and white.

A nice single colour tint would be nice.....or just give your favourite colours to the glasser and let them go hard

Clean teal tint.I like!

1- teal all over top and bottom with fin patch
2- teal bottom and rail with clear deck with fin patch
3- teal all over with darker shade of teal pin line with fin patch
4- teal as above with black pin line with fin patch

I'd go with 3 add a fin patch and the thing will be smoking!

Not Teal or any of the other fancy stuff like the others above but you could always go a classic look like this...

The instagrams of 'Dead kooks' and 'The lady of many colors' are a few more good ones. 'Board porn' is another good instagram to follow. These have been where I've got my inspiration from!

How about a retro inlay?

Keep it simple and sleek I say!
