You sure one of those groupies isn't actually an Alien....
Question. I've been riding my 7' er with a 7" fin and gl sides. But after riding my nano a bit that feels a bit tight now I have moved the fin forward for next time but I'm wonder whether I should get SDR to get me 6" fin with the 8"er and swap them around
Or is the 6" to small for this board
Gday mate, can ya help me out with the dims on this? I like the shape alot.
Cheers
^ just pick up any sup mag you'll find it in there

Im not excactly a light weight so it might be ok, any ideas on length if you have seen it?
I'm throwing this one in here as it's a shorter version of my favourite 7'6".
Fresh out of the factory.
6'6" X 21&1/2" X 2&7/8" quad.
Blank sprayed white, 6+4oz deck with tail patch, 6oz bottom, gloss and polish.
It's not too dis-simmilar to a Hypto Kyrpto in the planshape but wider nose and tail, deep double concave bottom, different rocker, foil and rails.
Looks really really nice cuttlefish. How many litres in that....no I'm not turning into a litre freak, just interested. What fins have you got in it?
I won't be able to give you an accurate litreage until I get it in the water and see how it floats me.
I'm guess-timating 45-48 litres
It's handshaped from the blank so no litreage available through that avenue.
John Mills at Beachbeat shaped it.
Cool thing was I dropped into the factory to talk to him only last Monday morning about getting a 6'6" and he got fired up about it and grabbed a blank and shaped it straight away. Glassed the next day, sanded and gloss and polished all by yesterday.
I stuck H2's in the front and M3's in the rears.
Normally run Scarfini medium quad set in it's big brother 7'6" or H2 fronts with the Scarfini quad rears.
Had a bit of a fin sell off lately so not too much left to put in it unless I start taking fins out of other boards.
Suppose I could buy some of the FCS II fins but I'd like to borrow some first to see how they go.
Any nastiness and I'll send my little friend around...
Okay, now here is something I've been think'n about since I was a tin lid. I'm no Dr Who fan, but I've always wondered what made a darlek so scary They dead set look to me, like they'd be piss poor in a good punch up.
I figure you could easily duck around behind them with a cordless Makita and a 3/8" bit, drill a quick hole, then take a piss on the electronics.
Big short out, stink of burnt piss, game over, they've got noth'n
Any Dr fans out there can can enlighten me on their powers?

hi, its seven foot, just under 21' wide and i think 2 5/8" its a bit hard to see because of the tint. mid rail is more on the chunky side with a finer tail and and nose. over all look is refined
its not a big volume board and looks small for its seven foot length. definitely nice outline the could be chucked up and made a wider.
hope that helps
"We are the daleks you will be our slaves."
"If you do not comply."
"Exterminate...exterminate...exterminate...exxtteerrrmminaaatttte!"
"Oh, **** he has a cordless Makita and a full bladder, run for your lives."
Don't worry Weiry I have it in great authority that the mini mal or mid length fad is over, done and dusted, game over.
As some are about to start others have seen the light.
is there such a thing as a moderate length.
bring on the true mini mal- an 8 ft er. now we are talking weiry
