Not a bad place for an arvo beer watching the sun go down behind Pipeline
I had to continue with facebook and put in a false PH number to view it

Yep great spot clearly it's a knockdown when the agent says "Bring your architect and contractor to explore the possibilities!" plus no pictures of the inside.
$5.5 USD for a piece of land overlooking a break I don't have the skills or balls to paddle out at
I was thinking why would you sell in such an amazing spot. 5.5 usd I'd sell.
Buy half of Tasmania for that.
Gees I wonder what that costs.
I bet the local crew are glad he is moving. We have a terrible couple of neighbors who just sold there place and moved.
Yeah can't confirm if Jobs old man has owned or rented...but hey magic location & I love the vibe of the place. You can see the inside on Jackson & Justin's video channels (JOBS videoographers) who relocated a few weeks ago.

Typical old school separate rather than open living areas...but great for retreat, plenty of open kicking back to watch pipe out back.
Would love to see an Oz company or individual buy this property & I would happily caretake for you for free even
When we visited Hawaii a few years back we rented a short term house for a little over three weeks. The property next door, is one that actually had a large wall built that protects it in heavy swells. Something that is not aloud since the mid 70's ,anyway, they had a private offer of $20 million US And said no thanks.

Yeah if you look around the Ohahu Real Estate 5.5mill is a bargain, especially when its not sub divided like a lot of the blocks along there.
Jeez how much did you pay for that???? I paid $350 a night for 5 days from Jan 3rd . It is a lot cheaper out of season though, neighbours only paid $150 for Sept. Just a big diff in swell...looks like you were around Keiki beach end? I was at the end of Rockies East end, Sunset channel. Fanging to get back.
