Has anyone tried one and what are they like?
220 sounds a little too cheap.....

They are good mate
soft comfy neoprene, good zips, good fit
no branding just black no advertising to pay.
supposedly from the same rubber as the big boys
220 is better than 600+

I bought the 4/3 thermal for a second wetsuit last year. Waaaaaayyyy to hot for Perth other than for dawnies or for screaming easterlies on an overcast day. Rubber is pretty good but maybe not as good as a $650+ Wetty, I'd say it's more like a $450 wetty so still a good deal really.
(full disclaimer: I am a bit of a wetty snob and haven't had anything other than top line Xcel wetties for the past 8 years)

I've just ordered another from them to take on a NZ trip in April. So good having one drying while using the other. Ymmv but in Perth they last 2 winters and become a nice backup wettie. Zero wait and good communitcation.

Hey Jono, I first bought a spring suit of them, I thought it was such good value that I then also bought a 2/3mm Thermal chest zip steamer and a 2mm vest.

Happy as with all of them.

There may be better suits out there but at what price?

Yeah I should mention I'm not even close to using a wettie in Perth right now. I don't feel the cold as much as my mates. 2mm top deals with the wind.

I took the chance on their board shorts too, seem like top quality. A tad small for their sizing which is welcome, I'm in between sizes.

The wetties are sized normal.

I use their wetties all year. I don't like the sun. Great value suits.

Volte wetsuits are the best value and quality , maybe 50-100 bucks more than a need and eleventy eight million times better stronger stretchier comfortable and most importantly warm.
Also they are west oz owned and made for west aus.

This is a free public service announcement

So you don't need the thermal woolly stuff?

Is that because of your hairy chest?

Used to live in Nth Thailand near the factories that make the big name wetsuits. My best mate ran the one that makes Rip Curl and other brands. He could sell me the previous years wetsuit designs with whatever brand I wanted to put on them for great prices.
This was during the infancy of online sales. I didn't bother as I figured they wouldn't sell well competing against the big names.
Clever stuff with the marketing of these suits.
I have a ls spring and a ls top and both have been good for the price.
