Thumbs Up

Today the 5th launched from Lucky Bay as per usual and sailed up to Pt Walter as always. I must have clipped a Bomie and Fin Broke off.
Floundering mid boat channel, I flagged down a cruiser with 3 men on board. Asked if they would mind towing me to the Pt Walter beach. So kind, not a moment's hesitation. So carefully done. Put gear on land in dog statue park and went back in water and waded to an anchored Tinnie with two lovely ladies and asked if they would drop me down at Luck Bay. They sprung to it, dropped me at my car and I drove back round to rescue my kit. As embarrassed as I was asking, both boats were only too happy to help and so kind and understanding. Thank you to both- rescue teams. I do deeply appreciate your help. You made a potentially long-drawn-out affair "clockwork" and certainly saved my day and gear I Appreciate your easy-going kind help.
